Our vacation apartments are perfectly located between the main shopping street and the Weser River. All of Nienburg's points of interest are within walking distance.


What we often miss in vacation apartments is good coffee with foamed milk.
That's why we offer a choice of Nespresso or filter coffee. Milk is already in the fridge for the foamed milk, and the milk frother is ready for use.

The apartment was simply wonderful: superbly equipped and spotlessly clean – it truly lacked nothing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which isn't always a given and was a very pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was tasteful and well-thought-out, making the place feel warm and inviting. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center, with numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    The beds are freshly made for your arrival. Each guest also receives a bath towel and a small hand towel.

  • Where are the apartments located?

    All apartments are located no more than approximately 100 meters apart, right in the heart of Nienburg's city center. The pedestrian zone is only 50 meters away, and the Weser River is just 150 meters away.

  • Where can I park?

    We don't have our own parking spaces. Those parking only overnight can park for free almost directly in front of the house. Alternatively, there's an inexpensive parking garage and a large, inexpensive parking lot, also located almost directly in front of the house.

  • How does check-in work?

    We offer a contactless and flexible check-in. To make this possible, you will receive a link to a guest form with your booking confirmation, which you should please fill out. We need to verify who is staying in the apartment and are also required to comply with federal registration laws. Once the guest form is completed, you will receive an email with an access code and directions in the days leading up to your arrival.

  • Can I arrive earlier or depart later?

    • Check-in: from 4 pm
    • Check-out: until 10 am. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, you can book an early check-in (from 2 pm) or a late check-out (until 12 pm) via the guest form during the check-in process. We charge a small fee for this as we need to coordinate the times with our cleaning team.
