Overview

2 bedrooms & 1 living room

The apartment consists of three rooms, a spacious living room, and two separate bedrooms. The kitchen with a large dining table is an extra room.

Both bedrooms have a large 1.80 m wide bed. The bed is made up of two single beds and can therefore be easily separated for business travelers. Each bedroom also has another single bed. So, in total, each bed room can accommodate 3 people.

In the living room, the comfortable couch with a cozy blanket invites you to relax. There is also a 55-inch HD TV. Here you can also find a workspace with a desk, chair, and lamp.

Kitchen & Dining Room

The kitchen is fully equipped. A delicious Nespresso or filter coffee awaits you in the morning. Coffee and tea are available. For longer stays, there is a washer and a clothes rack. Laundry detergent is, of course, also provided. The kitchen has a large dining table with seating for 6 people.

Families

As a family with two children, we know what is needed in an apartment to make families feel comfortable and have equipped the apartment accordingly.

This is a non-smoking apartment! Therefore, please only smoke outside.

Our house rules:

• Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
• No parties.
• No dogs or other animals in the apartment. There is an additional cleaning fee of 350 Euro.
• No commercial use or commercial photography/filming.
• Smoking is not permitted. Smoking leads to a 350 Euro additional cleaning fee.
• Check-out by 10 a.m.
• A device is installed in the apartment that monitors the noise level and can detect smoking.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is only about 50 meters from the main shopping street. You can easily go to the weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in your bathrobe to pick up bread and fresh fruit for breakfast.

All of the sights in the old town are within walking distance:

• St. Martin's Church with its many old half-timbered houses.
• Old Town Hall
• Nienburg Weekly farmer's Market
• Weser River
• Stockturm (Stock Tower), the last remnant of Nienburg Castle
  

Transport

The entire apartment is available.

The apartment is on the second floor (2 floors up) and there is no elevator.

Ca. 100 m from the apartment you can find bike racks for secure bicycle storage.

Parking is available nearby.
